Meet John Callahan
John R. Callahan is a full-time Pickleball Teaching Professional dedicated to helping players of all skill levels, from beginners to pros, improve their game.
Since 2017, John has offered teaching clinics, private lessons, and "play with a pro" sessions seven days a week.
A member of the St. Louis Pickleball Hall of Fame, John is also the author of the #1 Amazon-rated and ranked pickleball book (2020-2024), Pickleball: Tips, Strategies, Lessons & Myths. His expertise has been featured on podcasts like "Pickleball Fire," where he discussed the 10 myths of pickleball.
John's accomplishments include winning Gold (Mixed 55+/4.0) and Silver (Men's 60+/4.0) medals at the 2019 U.S. Open Pickleball Championships.
A PPR and IPTPA Certified Pickleball Professional, John has also certified over 100 PPR coaches.
